Welcome to ELEVATE!
I created this platform to provide you structured workouts that progress you over time through strength, mobility, and agility. Each quarter I will roll out 3 weekly workouts — upper body focused, lower body specific, and total body. You will repeat the same movements for the weeks within, however, the changes may be through reps, weight, or timing. No single training will feel the same.
Elevate’s Instagram is meant to be encouraging, inspiring, and an accountability check-in. It is a safe space. Each month we’ll have a topic regarding mindset, lifestyle, and nutrition.
Sunday’s I will pop on and chat for a bit and get us prepped for the week ahead
Tuesday’s @ 7pm EST I will host a 60-minute LIVE virtual total body workout. Mini bands + Bells necessary. The recorded video will go into the member portal
Wednesday’s we speak facts. Nutrition facts! Tips, recipes, and knowledge all provided by our very own Dietetic Intern, Sarah Mercier
