Q1 Programming
welcome to the first quarter of our training program!
Tribe, this training is guaranteed to get you strong, mobile, and confident through movement! We are going to be working on this sequencing for 3 full months — however, each training day is going to be different. I have designed 3 workouts per week; we’ll do an upper body day, a lower body day, and total body focused training. The movements are going to be the same key exercises, but with a little ✨spice✨ to keep it original, fun, and a great way to build the body, while challenging the brain with determination.
